Refund policy
Our goal is to make sure you don't have to use our Refund policy. If you don't like the coffee you bought, contact us, and we will gladly exchange it for a same size bag of another kind.
You must be the original purchaser of the coffee or tea you would like to exchange. If it was given as a gift, or sample, or as part of a charity gift basket, we will refund any amount without exception. We will consider an exchange on a case by case basis.
If an exchange isn't amicable, a refund will be provided if you are the original purchaser of the coffee or tea. There must be at least 50% of the weight of the bag remaining at time of exchange or refund.
