We roast our coffee in small (10 pound max) batches. This allows us to keep a tight control over all of the variables that influence coffee during the roast. By doing that, we can extract the best outcome from each bean.
Most of our coffee comes from Central and South America. That not to say that we don't carry any other types of beans. It's just that we prefer roasting and drinking coffee from that region.
You can always find the Roasted On date on each bag of non flavored coffee. We do that so you know the age of the coffee you are buying.
