Decaf coffee has a bad reputation. It comes from being old, stale, and bitter. The coffee sits on the shelf in stores for a long time because it isn't bought as often as regular coffee. When it is bought, it's old, bitter, and stale.
A fresh roasted decaf coffee is identical to it's counterpart regular coffee.
The caffeine was removed from this coffee using the Swiss Water Process. No chemicals were used. The result is a cup of fresh roasted coffee with all of the taste, but none of the caffeine.
