This tea is a workhorse. Â Perfect for making tea blends with or drinking on its own. Famed for its robust character, this tea is full bodied with notes of malt and allspice. It can be served plain or with milk and sugar. This tea is sold by the ounce.
Heat to 195F/90C. Use 2.5g/2 tsp of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep for 4-6 minutes.
