The holidays are behind us. The next holiday is Easter. It's been foggy and misty outside, so that takes away most of the winter sports. Oh, and don't forget tax season...yeah.
We are scheduled to go to Coffee Fest in Nashville in March. Since this is our first coffee convention, we are excited to learn some new techniques and skills. One session we are signed up for is about cold coffee. This past fall and summer, we were getting pretty good feedback on the cold coffee drinks, but there is always room for improvement. Hopefully we will learn how to improve on where we are.
I do know there are going to be a lot of vendors that supply the coffee industry there. Are there any flavors or types of coffee we should carry or make? Cups, packaging, equipment? Let us know and we will do our best to find out.
